Delivery Information for Irrigatia Customers

We provide a comprehensive mail order service on all products shown on our website. Orders can be placed by Mail, Telephone and E-Mail as well as directly from this site.

Postage:

Postage/Packaging will be charged on all deliveries within the UK as follows:-

• Up to £20 - £3.90
• £20 - £50 - £5.95
• Over £50 - free delivery

Orders placed before 14:30 will aim to be dispatched by the following working day. If we have a problem we will do our best to contact you. Please ensure you give us as many points of contact as possible.

Postage will be charged on all goods returned for exchange unless they are faulty

Overseas Customers:

• All overseas orders payable in Sterling, Euro or US$. Please note that if you are in the EU then you will need to use our EU shop and not this UK shop. https://shop.irrigatia.eu/
• Postage is calculated by the online ordering system for overseas orders. We always aim to send by the most economical service for you, the customer. In the shopping cart you can estimate the cost of shipping by entering the country and destination. Please be aware you may have to pay import taxes upon receipt of the parcel.
• VAT exemption for NON EEC Countries and VAT registered EEC Customers. If you are UK VAT exempt the system will deduct the VAT.
